As a major linguistics enthusiast, it's only natural that a game with this theme would catch my attention. My first experience with the game, especially due to the initial puzzles related to water trenches, took me back to the nostalgia of my first puzzle game - Chasm. This was a simple point-click flash game that I played in my childhood, about 20 years ago.

However, this experience evolved into something much more engaging than a mere flash game. The language puzzles introduced a completely new mechanic, enriching the gameplay. With attractive graphics and a perfectly fitting soundtrack, I found myself completely immersed, experiencing a state of flow for days while playing.

Similar to Outer Wilds, this game doesn't hold your hand. It allows you to explore and unravel the entire universe and its puzzles on your own, which, for me, adds a special flavor to the adventure.

However, I must mention that, although it's not an extremely negative aspect, I was expecting the philosophical content to be a bit more profound. Even so, without a doubt, this is an experience worth having and it elevated the game to the ranking of my favorites, alongside Outer Wilds and The Talos Principle.

Army Zombie 4 delivers a solid experience for fans of the genre. The diversity of enemies is a highlight, and it will surely appeal to those nostalgic for the zombie mode of the Call of Duty franchise. Moreover, unlike CoD, Army Zombie 4 offers a flawless cooperative experience, allowing you to play with friends without any hitches.

However, there are areas that need improvement. The game's sound design can be a bit off-putting and, at times, even irritating. The biggest letdown, though, is the soundtrack. It comes across as repetitive and doesn't vary between different maps, failing to establish an immersive atmosphere.

Another point that could be revisited is the enforced use of snipers. Giving players the freedom to choose their weapons for each slot would enrich the gameplay experience.

The original Resident Evil 4 was my introduction to the franchise, and since then, I've been enjoying every new title released (well, maybe not all of them - I'm looking at you, RE6). Being a huge fan of the original game, I can confidently say that this remake is simply perfect! Not only does it preserve the essence of the classic, but it also expands and brings a touch of freshness to the experience while modernizing the gameplay. It's an absolute delight to play - highly recommended for fans and newcomers alike!

Here are some observations about the game:

Setting and graphics: there's nothing too fantastic, but the game is well done without many inconsistencies. I only found a few points that could be better polished.

Graphical interface: I found it a bit clunky and it could be more dynamic and easier to access, navigate and interact with items.

Puzzles: I think they were one of the strongest points of the experience. Some parts left me lost for a while because I hadn't seen a clue hidden on the walls.

Soundtrack: well made.

Storytelling: my biggest criticism might be about this. I think if the story were focused on telling it with real and concrete resources, avoiding supernatural elements, such as dolls appearing out of nowhere, it might be more interesting. These resources seemed like an attempt to reproduce some ideas from Layers of Fear, but they didn't work very well. Additionally, it wasn't very clear how the portrayed events happened, who all the dead people were, and in what order. It seems a bit confusing, poorly elaborated, or maybe I missed something because English isn't my native language.

Despite this, I believe it's worth playing for those who enjoy puzzles and psychological horror games.
