A game so friendly that getting shot feels like a polite suggestion rather than a mistake. 10/10

A Rough Gem That’s Still Worth Playing

RAGE may not be the most groundbreaking shooter out there, but it definitely has its moments. The gameplay loop can feel repetitive and the story progression is quite linear, but there's still a solid core of fun to be had — especially if you're into old-school gunplay and gritty, post-apocalyptic settings.

Be warned though: getting RAGE to run smoothly on modern systems can be a bit of a pain. It requires some advanced tweaking to get the best experience (check out my guide on Steam if you want to skip the frustration). Once it's set up right, though, the performance issues mostly vanish and the game shines in all its chaotic glory.

Overall, despite its flaws, RAGE is a blast when it wants to be. If you’re willing to do a bit of prep work, there’s a satisfying shooter waiting underneath the rough edges.

Score: 7/10

3.5/5 – Fun, But Feels Outdated

Destroy All Humans! is a blast of chaotic fun, bringing the alien invasion to life with over-the-top weapons and hilarious destruction. I first played the demo on Xbox years ago, and it was a great experience. However, playing it on PC now, it feels a bit dated. It would've been much more fun when it was first released, but it still holds some charm for fans of classic action games.

4/5 – Almost Perfect (on PC)

DOOM (2016) is a powerhouse of fast-paced, brutal action with smooth, satisfying combat and incredible level design. The weapons feel great, the movement is fluid, and the soundtrack is a non-stop adrenaline rush. However, a save and achievement-breaking bug on PC held me back from giving it a perfect score. Despite that, the game still delivers a thrilling experience with relentless action and a fun single-player campaign. Highly recommend for FPS fans!

4.5/5 – A Dark, Addictive Strategy Gem

Beholder is a brilliantly unique strategy game that kept me hooked for hours across multiple platforms. The sinister dystopian world is incredibly engaging, and managing the lives of tenants while spying on them is both challenging and thrilling. The choices you make truly matter, with multiple endings that encourage replayability. The art style and atmosphere are top-notch, making it a memorable experience. Some may find the pacing a bit slow, but it only adds to the tension. If you love moral dilemmas and strategy, this one’s a must-play!

4/5 – Epic Combat, Timeless Fun

Shadow of Mordor delivers fast, fluid combat that’s still a blast, blending Arkham and Assassin’s Creed style with a unique twist. The Nemesis system creates endless, dynamic rivalries, keeping every encounter fresh. The world of Mordor is richly detailed, and while the graphics show their age, the action still holds up impressively. The story’s solid, and the combat is downright addictive. Some repetitive side missions drag a bit, but it’s a minor flaw in an otherwise epic experience. If you love brutal combat and Tolkien’s universe, this one’s a must-play.

Firewatch is a beautiful and emotional adventure game set in the Wyoming wilderness. With stunning visuals, excellent voice acting, and a gripping story about connection and trust, it’s a short but memorable experience. Perfect for fans of narrative-driven games.
