Great game for being in early access, great developers and i can highly recommend it.

there's a lot to be improved upon, but for now its fun & i can't wait for future updates!

I dont recommend because its been idk 8-9 years maybe more and story mode is still not complete.

Episode 3 however is like a walking simulator my god its so bad. There’s less walking in Death Stranding than in episode 3.

Over a year since my review and its still not finished.

I don't recommend this game because of a simple reason.

Fast travel DOES NOT count into the kilometers you have traveled.
^This means progression is really slow as **** and you are forced to travel yourself in order to get any progress towards the next boat.

Money is not an issue in this game, with the second boat its probably 5 min for 200 thousand = 2.4 m an hour (with fast travel). Money you cant spend because you cant progress because you need to travel MANY kilometers by boat yourself for hours and hours. I do NOT enjoy being forced into doing something i hate. It can be fun to visit new locations, but then what? continue to go around in circles just to gain km gained? No. Get more money? why? i cant do anything with it?

The idea is that, you have to travel everywhere yourself in order to progress and make money a lot more slower than using fast travel, i dont really understand why fast travel is in the game at all when the idea behind the game seem to be that you will explore etc etc. Fast travel shouldve been implemented with the idea that it count towards your km traveled to make progression faster. Since it doesnt, i dont understand why its in the game to begin with.

- Fun way to catch fish and gut them.
- Fun to visit new towns
- Relaxing
- Decent graphics
- Good tutorial
- Fun to upgrade ship
- Probably more stuff but the bad outweighs the good

Cons
- Repetitive & Easy
- Travelling is boring
- Few quest from towns and they often require more load than you can carry
- Slow progression
- Feels like money has no purpose
- Game crashes
- You need to travel to unlock the next boat. (which would've been fine if fast travel counted)
- Boats are slow
- Removing the gray on the map takes forever.

I have more hours they're just not shown because my internet died many times while i played...

tl;dr

If you like a fast paced games like me then this game is not for you. Its slow progression thanks to fast travel (kinda funny). If you like exploring and got the time to sit for hours and explore then i'd say its perfect for you!
