Seriously though I am conflicted. Please tell me this game had no intentions of being a simulation game made by the same people who made mud and snowrunner, because it does not feel that way. Controls feel the same, which isn't bad, but its completely incompatible with my steering wheel and pedals(which is sad but not game breaking). Had to remap half the controls because I didn't recognize the icons of the original controls(which is kinda my fault).

I love the graphics and the sandbox physics feel pretty good too.

Why am I opening doors with a wench like a dog with a sticky tongue? why am I driving through half built construction fortress's and knocking over makeshift bridges like a battering ram in a tombraider style adventure to get a box, which I had to drag like a dead body to its new destination, getting stuck on EVERYTHING, that resulted in ...who knows what, it had no visual or physical effect on anything. Lastly the supply route I made was kinda cool, watching the trucks take stuff to it's destination. Although in the first use of it, the truck seemed to stop? it gave me an icon of it tipped over. I thought "but it was on pavement how did it tip over?". I drove over, saw nothing. I rerouted and all seemed good, not sure if this was my fault or the games. I haven't figured it out.

Last but not least! Where is my gas? where is my gearbox? where is the durability of my truck? no broken tires? no reason to fret over gas? I haven't gotten far enough into the game but I will, so I hope I am just to early into it to see these things that made the previous games so great.

Listen I can understand if this is a completely different genre of truck "simulation"(if you wanna call it that) but its so far from the mark of what mud and snowrunner are it cannot be shoved into the same class as they are. This game is just an arcade drive around.

Now if that is what you like, please play it. If this is what you are looking for then have. at. it! All I am saying that if you play snowrunner and wanted more of that, you will not find it here.

I really like it.

First time playing since I don't own consoles, aside from obvious bugs that I can't tell if they were initially in the game or if they were the switch over to PC, I played through without controller and the keyboard mapping was weird I had to make some adjustments. In 160hrs of gameplay I completed Everything, even UH mode, and all achievements, mostly by accident cause I don't usually care about achievements. I like the story, but there needs to be more. I do however felt i got my 50bucks worth but if you are on the fence about this game and haven't played it on console maybe wait for a steam sale. Oh and there are alot of crashes, Some so bad they crash on launch, I have to restart steam, AND sometimes the game thinks I don't have a graphics card installed, but I just ignore that warning and continue anyways.

I have played this game for a few years now and i still come back and keep playing especially when there are updates, very good replayability, personally my favorite mode is pure survival.

So far one of my favorites of all city building games.

great combination of 40k and chess. I enjoy it alot.
