The music and art style blend together perfectly to create a game world that is a joy to explore. The gameplay is challenging but not unfair. Respawns are immediate and right outside the boss room, so it is very easy to jump right back in to a boss fight. There are plenty of powers too, so you can really take your time experimenting to find what works best for you. I love seeing some of the inspirations the game takes from some of my favorite games (Dark Souls, Hollow Knight) to create something truly unique.
