Just purchased the game recently, it is EXTREMELY BUGGY. Lots of them relatively minor. But after around 30 hr playing the game ended up stuck with a bug that would not fix. Built a second place to get lumber decently far from main village, and as soon as it was built Ox/villagers started to refuse to pick up any wood, even at the original location that had not changed.

Tried every fix possible, changed locations, demolished the building, made every single villager available, built a ton of ox, left the game running on fast forward with villagers not allocated to anything to see if they would pick the wood up. Restarted game, they still wouldn't collect anything. I was surprised that this game has been out for this long and something basic/necessary to play the game would be bugged. The game itself is quite fun and has great potential but I can't recommend it as it is now.

fascinating that they went through all this work to deploy a game that is lacking in basic features that GTA pulled off back in 2002.
