The game is very fun, but the difficulty curve hits a vertical line on shard 7. the boss of that shard will just shut down your run and punish you for having fun, its to a point where im not convinced they play-tested it at all.
Regardless, there is a incredibly entertaining skeleton to this game underneath the problems with lots of replay-ability and the sound track is excellent as per usual for Landfall.

This has, hand-over-fist, the single best new GM experience ive seen, the GM guide for each adventure does amazingly well when it comes to helping the gm guide the experience for their players. Making what is already a very approachable VTT experience even easier for the GM to run. Fablecraft is also the only VTT ive run where i didn't have to walk new players through the character creation process as they very effectively "Gamify" the process. Keep up the amazing work.

This is one of the best games you will never want to play. The rng is so poorly thought out that the game can just decide that you lose and there is nothing you can do about it. Look at my hours and bear in mind that i have a singular win, every single other one was utterly robbed from me due to rng beating me into the dirt to a point where i actively hate this games design.

Bungie has gone to prove that even if you produce a level of quality that would get you laughed out of a high-school level game development class with middle-school level writing, you can still make money because you did good once. Do not waste you time or money here, they have proven time and time again to not care about their player base beyond the size of your wallet.

It's not that its a bad game, its just that there is next to no variety or reason to replay it, the general gameplay gets old very fast. If it's your thing there's nothing wrong with that, but i just cant recommend it due to the lack of any quality of life controls and overly simple gameplay loop.

it breaks my heart to have to not recommend this game. during the playtest it was near perfect, but they absolutely ruined any fun the combat had by making just about every enemy do unavoidable damage attacks. If they change that then this game could be incredible, but until then its a case of abysmal decision making leading to a wasted game.

Im overall happy to own this bit of dlc to support the devs but i do wish there was a way to remove the badge, i love the rest but frankly dont like having the badge be stuck there without having the option to take it off.

A great game for playing with others. This game is both very challenging while still somewhat fair, most of the times you die it is due to some mistake you made.
