Absolute cinema. Perfect* sequel to the masterpiece that was the first game. Definitely on the harder side so I can see how that might not be for everyone; Hollow Knight also had very difficult content but it was mostly optional so many players would not have experienced this level of difficulty before. That being said, the challenge here feels fun and rewarding and in my opinion fits the whole vibe and atmosphere of the game.

Also I just like all of the silly and cute bugs, that's a big part of it.

The maps are good, the music is great.

The code base of the game has been destroyed making many fundamental core systems significantly worse than before, the new survivors are massively underpowered and feel less polished than some mods, the items are extremely inconsistent in terms of gameplay and balance. I really do understand how someone would initially feel impressed by some of the new content (as I did) but the reality is that the game is now worse than it was before this dlc released.

would be overwhelmingly positive if people didn't review bomb bc of expected server instability on launch. They wanted to make the best destiny expansion ever and they did it. gg
