Everything has been said... it is a perfect Gem of a Game... fully voice acted , controller support. Can't say anything about the story but at 28 hours played it is very promising.

Allthough very buggy it's a sound Diablo-Like Hack and Slay with good graphics and nice twists.

A loveletter from Valve to gamers. IMHO the best Free-to-play FPS experience ! Try it, it's free ;)

A must have for anyone that is into Tactical Multiplayer Shooters.
I want to list some Ideas that the game does right:

- No excessive Hud (Radar, Kill/Hit Confirmation... etc, are non-existant)
- One Single player can re-spawn his entire Team by completing an objective.
- It is hard, but possible, to tag the area in which you have spotted an area. (spotting players are not shown but rather the area in which he was spotted)
- Leaning right and left is not just useful, but essential.
- Community slightly more grown-up than the online average (IMHO) (but be aware that there might be exceptions ;)
