I rarely write reviews for games, but I think i've played enough of it to thoroughly understand. I started playing when it was still in early access. At first it was pretty enjoyable. I never played any other shooter games like counter strike and such so I cannot compare, but when I first started playing I was enjoying it. Being in early access, I was expecting a few bugs here and there but I didn't mind it, and it didn't seem that it affected the overall experience too much. It might also be credited to the fact that I am not very good at the game, so maybe the little lag bugs here and there did not really affect me.

Overtime, as the game was progressing, the updates that they came out with gradually made the game bugs a lot more obvious. I was lagging a lot more, teleporting all over the place, drops were really inconsistent and such. But overall, it was still tolerable. What is not tolerable however, are the amount of hackers. It's to be expected that there would be cheats/hacking with every game. But the amount that appears in this game across all servers make it absolutely a nightmare to play. There are literally hackers in every game. If you are lucky and do not land near any in the beginning, you might be able to survive a little longer, but if you're not, and encounter them early on, it is pretty much gg. The hacks are very obvious, but it seems like not much is done to counteract the problem.

Also, if you are an extremely good/decent player, you might be able to fight off these hackers, which is great, but doesn't make the experience any more enjoyable. But if you are not and you are of moderate or low skill, the whole ordeal just suck. Sure, if you're bad, you are bound to get killed early on, but it just sucks that much more when you are killed by someone hacking. So for new players, just don't bother. Until they can find a more appropriate solution to this plague of a problem that has invested pretty much all the servers faster than how that virus was spread in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, it's just going to keep going downhill.
