cast and chill exactly sums it up. Grab your beer of choice and chillax, while fishing. Excellent second monitor game. whether you are actively playing or idle fishing.

Just here to report, that the game runs well on Bazzite Linux on my ROG Ally Z1E. Using 10W TDP. Based on that it should run good on the Steam Deck as well.

For controller mappings. I had mouse scroll wheel on the bumpers. RMB on X. LMB on A. and ESC on Start. Mouse movement on LStick (dropped sensitivity to 100%). Was awesome on controller.

Even on PC should be able to use Steam Input to map controllers.

I 100% ed the first game. Probably will do the same here. Although there is a lot more in this one to do in order to 100%. There are a lot of different systems to play with and figure out: each world has its own relic effects and systems. Lots up upgrade trees. Sure i have had some performance isssues on Linux and Windows. But those have improved after patch 1. I am having a ton of fun and have been grabbing this game over any other since it launched.

one of the best incremental games i have played, there is a lot of care going into it, and there is always a new mechanic around the corner.

As a northerner, who is used to the tundra. I love the aesthetic and atmosphere. While some dislike that your position is not indicated on the map. I think this is part of the atmosphere: being a little lost all the time. Sometimes just gotta drive until you know where you are. Once you know your routes, nothing more satisfying than blasting down the roads at full throttle, making a delivery at speed across the map for a chunk of change. Running deliveries at speed is going to be my zone out and chilll activity.

This game is a hidden gem. performance has improved greatly since buying the game a year ago. Runs on Linux very well with some minor tweaks.

Story is engaging, exploration and environments scratch all the right itches. Lots of hidden things to find.

This game is nutty good.

With the exploration, ability hunting, and secret finding. This game gives some metroidvania vibes.

The music is astronomically good as well. Almost Hollow Knight or Shovel Knight quality music,
Has the charm and lovable characters like ashovel knight or hollow knight.

The drilling mechanic is unique and cool.

And I can meow.

This game holds up well. A lot of fun just pumping that oil and moving onto the next island.

Game is awesome i had a ton of time in the Alpha. and a lot of playtime in the first game. gunplay is super smooth. Sure there are people down voting based on servers.....it is an open beta. a little server jank/ unavailability is to be expected.

This game is an indie gem.

Sure there are some bugs and glitches. And some areas with performance drops. But with a very small dev team. (Only 1 person?) its not a diablo 4 budget.....and i still find bugs and glitches in that one too.

Action RPG with really unique item and ability crafting system.
Dev is putting out constant updates as well almost 3 years after the original release.
Price could probably be increased to 20$ and still be worth it.

I had a lot of fun clearing areas, re crafting abilities and gear, and following the questline. As of 5 hours, i had completed the first large main objective. (the off)

At level 27, difficulty and progress are extremely well balanced, as soon as i began mowing down enemies, i moved to a new area.

I am sure i can craft a set of abilities to break the game and be overpowered, excited to keep playing to figure out what that combo is.
