This game used to be fun, good even. But devs decided to nerf the sci fi horde shooter(in the name of realism) by ignoring the community and listening to their ineffective "community managers". Spend less time nerfing, More time creating. Listen to the majority not the minority. Easy fix but will probably take a year for them to "fix/patch" themselves. And then another to add the Illuminate.

There's a custom Rengoku vs. Akaza Fight Map that's really cool to play. It's also played on Youtube by XTheIdiot.

If you like Chess, buy the game.
If you don't like Chess, play the demo. Then buy the game.
It's a fun introduction to anyone remotely interested in Chess.
