I enjoyed this game as I enjoy a great fantasy novel : long and well-written!

There's plenty of things to discover in this game, and the voice-acting is fabulous!
The writing is so excellent that I was hooked all along, and I wanted to dive deeper into each companion's lore. This is not a fast food game, this is a story-rich experience.

Great soundtrack, graphics, riddles (especially the k.. and the multi d). They added LORE WTF SO COOL !
Even if it is not the most sophisticated story, it is a perfect fit for this game series, never betraying the atmosphere of the game and the previous ones.

Clearly a proof of labor of love by the game makers, for the players. Thank you!

I never found a better feeling with weapons in other FPS games.
What I love in the competitive gameplay in this game is that you have the same stuff for everyone (team-wide, indeed, there is a bit of asymmetry between the Terrorist team and the Counter-Terrorist team). Putting aside the economy, there is no such thing as powers or specific skill depending on the character you chose before the game even started. You have the same potential than every other player.

I did raised my rank to the max (Global Elite) after more than 1,500 hours and I enjoyed my time playing this game.

However, do not forget, that this kind of game is team-based, and there will be some (a lot) frustrating matches where the synergy of your team won't do it. And you'll certainly meet some toxic players as well, but heh, we are on Internet.

I recommend playing this game with people you already know, and it's even better if you can play with someone who has a certain experience in playing this skill-demanding game.

I played all the classic dooms available on steam. This one has its own ambience : dark, horrific, with a different color scheme than the previous episodes, less colorful.
I am very glad that this one was released. I did not get it on N64, and now we can all enjoy it with mouse and keyboard (which are, imho, a more convenient way to play FPS games).
I just miss the cool music from the previous episodes (MIDI metal pieces), that were traded for a dark and gloomy soundtrack.

What else, if you read this so far, you've probably already played other Doom games, you will be familiar with the red, blue, yellow keys (skulls in this game), the labyrinthic levels, and the booby traps we all like.

Have fun and clear Doom's world from these demons !

The best puzzle game I've ever made, and also the hardest.

I spent a lot of time with a friend twisting my brain to get the subtilities of this game. But in the end, if you love riddles, thinking out of the box, give this game a try and thank the devs and designers for being so ingenius.

Classic scenario, but gameplay is quite interesting, and furthermore, co-op is nice !

CSGO Players Beware ! this game is totally different from CS and will bring some new mechanics like the operators and many destructible walls.
You'll re-learn that you need to right-click to aim.

Had a great time playing this game !
I even replayed it with my friend to get all the achievements :)

If you are keen on escape games, puzzles/riddles and have a good companion to go with, then take an evening to live a funny experience ! :D

Norhtgard reminds me the time when I discovered Warcraft 3, with its cartoon design and the units that make sounds when you select them.

I am not into Civilizations, but this game is halfway between Warcraft 3 and Civ, and is just a perfect match if you either want to play and relax, solo or with a friend against AI, or if you want PvP.

Oh, and last but not least, the game makes you dive into North Mythology (in case you didn't notice :p)

Campaign is cool, estensions are cooler, and playing with friends is the coolest!

Useful to RE-learn katakana, hiragana.

Pros :
- for people who have already started to learn japanese elsewhere, it's a good way to review what you've learned.
- 1006 Kanji is a lot, with time it will be a useful resource to memorize them.
- price is quite good for a tool like that.

Cons :
- for beginners, there is (at the time I write these lines) no reference to consult when you want to have a first look at the alphabets.
