Building your delivery networks across the country in the beautiful and varied landscapes is a very satisfying loop once you push through the frustration of the early game.

I also wasn't a fan of being held captive for 2+ hours to see the ending through when I never got to the point that I was invested in the story. Making deliveries was so addicting for the 40-50 hours I played that I pushed through the tedious sections.

Death Stranding has the most absurd dialogue and story I've ever witnessed in a game but the gameplay is so rewarding that I have to recommend it. I wasn't ready to put it down, I wanted to just keep making deliveries and building infrastructure to make my job easier.

Gone Home was a powerful experience for me filled with great writing, voice acting, and atmosphere that can get under your skin. Some moments felt like those nights where you're up too late and suddenly become hyper aware and paranoid in the dark of your own home.

Throughout Gone Home you roam around your family's house learning about what has happened as you've been away from them for about a year. The game is very short but that did not take away from the experience for me. The story is told pretty much entirely through notes, documents, books, and more. So it definitely helps that voice actors did such a great job.

It's a very real and personal story that encourages speculation and for you to infer some of the details through clues. Gone Home has become one of my favorite games and one that I highly recommend, if it sounds like something you'd enjoy because it is NOT for everyone.

What a surprise this game was! First of all the colors and level design in this game is just gorgeous. I don't want to spoil any of this game but the few characters, creatures, and items just work wonderfully with the game's mechanics as well as with its story.

The puzzles (which range from Inception-like world manipulation to simply 'turn all the switches') feel so satisfying and are usually straightforward making this a constantly enjoyable experience.

The game is short as it took me about 3 sittings to play through it. But I don't think that any part of this game was lacking. It was consistently great to play though and is absolutely the most underrated game of 2013 for me.

Beautiful to look at and incredibly atmoshperic. Does a great job at making you feel isolated. Plenty of mind-bending puzzles as well!

This game has much more depth than it may seem at first glance. With random generation, and unrelenting difficulty, you'll constantly be hitting x to restart and try to do better than your last run. Great for small bursts of gaming.

An experience unlike any other! Perfect for Halloween. Do yourself a favor and play with the lights off, take your time, wear some surround sound headphones, and get into the game. I feel I've cut off a few years of my life from playing it. Also some neat custom stories made by fans that can be just as creepy or stressful.
