ammonium nitrate based fertilizer (commonly found in stores)

combine motor oil and diesel in a 1:1 ratio
combine diesel-motor-oil-mixture and fertilizer in a 1:16 ratio

powdered aluminum can be added to increase reactivity of the mixture allowing for more crude fuel sources
