Really difficult to get the hang of.
Drop rates for items are really low, and as such you need to grind loads.
Lots of grinding for currency if you don't want to pay for cosmetics.

Edit: The game has since added a plethora of ways to gain items... perhaps too easily but who knows.
New questlines makes it easy to gain currency
