I have no idea how EA/Dice manages to take one step forward and three steps back with the game. The beta was fun and only had a few issues that I hoped they addressed but instead it felt like the game is consistently going in the wrong direction. We're getting new cosmetics and new events but... what about maps? There's so many fundamental issues with the game right now that it just annoys me. While I will keep playing this game because I still enjoy the gunplay over CoD, I wouldn't recommend it until they address some of these issues:
- Add the ability to turn off crossplay for PC (I love getting beamed across the map by console players using 4x scopes on SMGs without any grips or muzzles)
- Give the Chinese their own servers or at least in Japan. I'm getting matched up against them from the US early in the morning for no reason.
- Fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ audio. I am still struggling to hear players at times, and when I do hear them, it's not clear enough to indicate how many players or where.
- Revert the mortar changes.
- More variety of maps. Not just drip feeding one map every two months.

Alloyed collective is a major turnaround from seekers of the storm. Probably one of the most fun updates that also made gameplay just as exciting!

Community updates + Valve = W game.

I only play metro and locker, so my review is biased af. I love the community servers, and the players that play them. Some people are toxic, some are helpful, and the game itself is fun with all the community servers. Really enjoy it, would 10/10 recommend it.

Even better with the boys

The most annoying part of this game is the number of cheaters there are. The game itself is good, and gameplay is quite fun to play. It's just the experienced is ruined at times due to cheaters, and playing ranked is a freakin gamble.

I genuinely enjoy this game, just like how I did with the original insurgency. The gameplay feels similar to the old title, but with new twists and new additions. I also enjoy how there are community servers with mod support, and it sure is great. I enjoy the more modernized graphics, more realistic gameplay, and the immersionto the game.

The only major downside to this game is that it is completely and utterly unoptimized as sh*t. I have a beast pc with over-the-top specs and I still only get 90 fps. Not even smooth, with lots of stutters. I had to scale down my resolution, tone down my settings, and even manually edit some .ini files just so I can squeeze an extra few more fps as well as a bit smoother gameplay (though it still stutters during gun fights).
