I genuinely enjoyed every bit of this game: music, art style, and replay-ability. Folks may negatively review this because of the gameplay loop but I think it works well, especially as you advance further into your road trip and accrue traits and skills. There's a variety of different endings, vehicle builds, and NPC quests that'll keep you busy. Also, DOG is best companion.

10/10 - came for the 'sesbian lex' and stayed for psychological warfare

on a serious note: this game is absolutely stunning! i admit that the real-time reactions in the game can register weirdly. i recommend anyone playing to set it to slow/slower for sanity's sake. the story itself can also be a little confusing as well as understanding the skill tree and the different buffs/debuffs. despite that, i still thoroughly enjoyed it. the banter between characters is fun, the unique visuals for various npcs, and the stunner soundtrack

you fish, you bond with randoms over fishing, you could get a whole whale in your bucket. what else could you ask for?

you level in the game but the game levels you. my grit and determination has never been higher.
