Loved the first game, but this one just doesn't grip you the same way. I found myself just going through the motions, and while the combat is greatly improved and very fluid, the story just doesn't hit. Most characters are pretty meh with a few that are intriguing. Once you get leveled up the game becomes a cakewalk forcing me to up to max difficulty towards the end just to feel something. The planets are visual cool but lacks any worthwhile depth to them. Maybe the DLC will fix some of these issues but I'm not holding my breath. I'd say if you liked the previous game, just wait for a sale, don't spend full price on this
