The phrase "oldie but a goodie" perfectly describes this game. If you're looking for medieval warfare then TWM2 is the game for you. I have almost every Total War with over 100+ hours played and I can tell you for certain these games were made with more love, care and attention to detail then most games made today. Couldn't recommend this game more.

Okay first off, let me start by saying if you like RTS and are intersted in the Civil War, then buy this game. Ill make my review short and simple.
PROS:
1) Good graphics-for what they are
2)Easy controls
3)Lets you choose different options in the battle to chnge the scenario.

CON:
1) Only con I have is that your units retreat way too fast, ill have a unit of 1450 men against a unit of 1200, and after my men drop to 1150, my men turn their backs and retreat(even if i tell them to HOLD) It gets very frustrating.

So overall...ill have to hit the recommend button just because this game has too much positive that one negative shouldnt make you not want to try it.

This game is awesome! Mix in elements of Project Zomboid and Darkwood and this is their baby. Being only in alpha and the game is pretty polished, havent really found a bug yet.
Also the DEVS are AMAZING, responded to my discussion question within a day, which is awesome.
PROS:
good crafting system
good graphics
good lighting effects
good music/sound affects
good story
intense atmosphere
CONS:
I guess the only bug I found was that on the highest difficulty, they say "permadeath" yet if you die, you just respawn from last save.
melee could improve a tad
character animations could improve
Also, food seems a little too scarce.(i think there is someway to plant vegetbales, not sure tho)


VERDICT:
Very good game for survival and exlporation mixed in with just enough action and combat to satisfy shooters with.

This game is really good and its only in Aplha! Its as if DayZ had a baby with The Sims. Everything about it is what I've always wanted and cant wait to have the finished game. The only thing that has annoyed me is that you get sick and develop a fever way to easily. I've died from illness 4 times now. Oh well, they'll fix that. I highly recommend this game if you like a perfect zombie survial game.;)
