Another bug-ridden Bethesda release. The company had good enough will to get away with this type of shoddy work thanks to 3rd-party modders fixing their mistakes up until now.
But now they've decided to rip apart the modding community and try to profit from it directly instead of just allowing it to make their games playable.

This is a lovingly accurate recreation of the original Colonization in the Civ IV engine. It's hard to fit a Rizla paper between the two. That's a bad thing. What was state-of-the-art gaming 20 years ago has aged terribly. The "just in time" nature of the processing and transport of goods makes for nightmarish micromanagement if you want to be efficient and the dreaded "smallpox" exploit from the early Civ games just exacerbates it. Civ IV is the best of the series - but this is terrible.
