They SAID that it will be a really heavy game and recommend a freaking 3080, stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the performance. I have an RTX 3090 and play @ 2560x1080 and all settings FULLY maxed out to Psycho (were applicable) and get 70-100 fps even in the most crowded city areas.
