I love this game. It scratches the itch for something a little different in such a delightful way. You're a dwarf and you mine shiny stuff and drink heavily. The only way that could make this game more awesome is Marlboro cosmetic pack for maximum hell yea.

I only can think of one slightly off thing and it's the modding; it's like any other game. Overload it with mods and act like a tool and it's not gonna work too well. Dats it.

This game hinges on you playing it waaaaaay too much. Something I feel isn't complained about enough is the progression system? Oh what's that little Timmy, ya wanted a flamethrower? Well prepare to play like 50 hours of support just to do it. Or you can brute force it by being the most questionable supply driver ever and just drop crates all over the map willy nilly. That's helpful. The tier 3 equipment takes forever to grind and I'll just say it, I don't think these weapons and equipment should be hidden behind progression at all. They can often fundamentally change the way "you" as a player navigate the game, as well as how well your team can cooperate. Hiding repair tools for the tank crews behind level 3? Are you joking? Think more Day of Defeat and Day of Infamy, and less like we're playing Battlefield. These maps are huge and people die quick. Punishing people for being noobs even more than this game already does is why it feels so sweaty and unsatisfying to play.

If you value your free time, please don't spend 2+ hours a match playing this hell hole of a game. Hell let loose is an apt title, because it'll make you feel like satans minions built this game for you to suffer.

"It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess out there Adam."

But seriously, this game is great. It won't catch you right away, but if you have the patience, it's rewarding.

It's a fun and realistic sandbox to build and export (if you have BeamNG) cars. I find it easy to use if the goal is just to mess around, which there's a lot to be had with the workshop.
However, the campaign is really hard to figure out on your own at first. The tutorial is good for gameplay basics but it's up to your own common sense to actually run a company in an intelligent fashion, as well as make cars that the public wants.
I'd recommend buying this with BeamNG; these two games together offer endless hours of farting around or objective gameplay if desired.

The launcher is screwed up and slow like everybody claims. Better yet, if you validate the game through steam, it just uninstalls it, so you have to mess around with installing it all over again...slowly.

The FPS is pretty stable, but the netcode is anything but. It'll connect you to servers in like, China, when you're in the USA. I rarely if ever get a good ping since there's no way to choose server regions.

Also the grind to get to top tier equipment is a little more tedious than I'd like, especially since there's only two game modes and a handful of maps. XP is limited unless you use boosters so it's long for a game like this.

In short, they took a rubber hammer to the old issues they had. So overall, it's better than before the reset, but they still clearly don't really give a ♥♥♥♥.

It's like playing a creepy pasta, yah know the kind you remember from middle school...except someone force-fed that pasta crack cocaine.

10/10 will shorten your lifespan.

I'm not really sure why I find this game fun...but I do.

It's unique to say the least and as of right now, the game is more stable than I have ever seen before.

Do be warned, it has a steep learning curve and trying to master the dynamics is very difficult.

It's a good story, with unique writing and graphical design. It's pretty and well made.

But it's a short story. I'd recommend buying it on sale. It's worth playing but has only about 3-5 hours of play time.
