Alright.. I really want to say I absolutely loved this game just like the first 2, but I would be lying if I did that. Don't get me wrong, the game isn't bad, it's just.. a really mild version of the other ones..

The characters, the music, the artwork, it's all there, but like i said, I feel like the story is lacking a bit compared to the others in the LiS universe ;)

It's building up really slow, and once the story really starts to be interesting the game is almost over already. This made it really hard to keep my interest.

So, is it worth playing? I'd still say yes, I wouldn't buy it at full price though..

This one made me feel a lot of things. Knowing everything that's going in the world right now, this game made me angry and sad. All the interactions i had with different characters in this game reminded me that there are still a lot of good people around though, so i guess this game was a rollercoaster of emotions. It's not the same as LiS1, but still worth playing!

Played this short story because LIS2 asked me to play it before continuing to chapter 2.

It's sad and it's painful, but it's also sweet and it takes you back to the imaginary world you might have had as a child.

A world where you could be anything you wanted to be, your toys could talk, and things were a lot easier.

Oh, unless your talking about the code for dad's phone, that was everything but easy 😅

The storyline, the characters, the voiceacting and the music.. what's not to love!

Oh wait, the fact that you go through the whole story between Chloe and Rachel, knowing what will happen next.. ><

Really don't know why this gem stayed untouched in my library for as long as it did..

If you like interactive storytelling and crime/mystery, you will like Heavy Rain. I see a lot of people commenting on the controls, but they didn't bother me. I played with xbox controller and everything worked perfectly fine.

The only thing that bothered me, was the fact that you couldn't skip the cutscenes. I finished my first playthrough, and after that I decided this was a game I wanted to finish 100%. To achieve all endings you will have to play a lot of chapters multiple times, and without being able to skip the cutscenes it A: takes a long time, and B: is boring as hell...

Great voiceacting, enough mystery to reel you into the story, beautiful artwork and a really calming atmosphere.. So calming that my smartwatch registered a good 3 hours of gameplay as if I was taking a nap 😅

The ending was a bit of an anticlimax. It isn't bad, don't get me wrong, but it left me with a couple questions and it felt like it suddenly came to an end. Would have been nice to wrap up the whole story a bit more, but hey, it was still enjoyable.

I do have to say though, I don't think I would have bought it full price. I played around 4,5 hours to finish the story and I'm not a fast player. The other time i spent ingame to get all the achievements, and after that I didn't feel the urge to keep wandering around in nature..

Let me begin with the fact that I finished it at 100% within 5 hours, so I wouldn't buy it full price. Definately recommended to buy when it's on sale!

Secondly, it's not really a game, but more like a visual novel with some puzzles to solve.

Follow the journey of two brothers, who try to find a cure for their dying father. The graphics are beautiful, the story is nice, and the best part in my opinion is the interaction between the brothers. No real words are spoken, but you can feel how much they care about eachother..

Secretly made me wipe away a little tear at the end, well done!

Only 3 hours into the game, and I am already emotionally invested in a dice..

Stardew valley, but darker.. I love it!
