The 13th Doll: a fan game of The 7th Guest, is a callback to classic puzzle solving games that I've quite enjoyed over the years. The puzzles were difficult but not impossible to complete.

Sadly this game is very shallow with it's gameplay and the vast majority of planets that I personally visited were barren wastelands that were dark and dreary.

As for gameplay, its a giant easter egg hunt. You press your scanning button and you go in the direction of the object(s) you want to collect. The vast majority of space flight is incredibly simplistic. I couldn't even crash my spacecraft when I tried as the game fights with you to control your ship.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this game at the current price, as I don't think it has the content to keep players going for very long. Yes, I know the game has 18 quintillion planets to explore. But if the only thing I get to exerpience is bland and dreary I'd rather pass.
