This game is both engaging, the right kind of funny, the right kind of serious, and did I say engaging?
A timeless favorite for me.

Truly one of the greats.

Instantly hooked. Great gameplay, fun story, memorable characters.

Probably the most fun co-op shooter we've gotten since Left 4 Dead was released.
Arrowhead has made the perfect amount of great action, variation, strategy and comedy to make a real banger of a game.

Maybe one of the best games I've ever played in 30 years of being alive. Took me back to the awe and wonder of first playing Dragon Age: Origins.

Pros:
- Excellent adaptaion of D&D 5e
- Compelling story-telling
- Fun and varied combat
- Great visuals, voice-acting and presentation
- Companions and side-quests are genuinely interesting

Cons:
- Some performance issues during Act 3, but testing both DX11 and Vulcan can help sort those out. Larian is also rolling out some fixes nowadays.


It's the perfect game.

Extremely chill game, and really addictive as you're trying to build an island that is both effective as well as beautiful.

This game lacks gameplay. It needs way more work.

If your favourite part of survival games is building, this game has some serious limitations.
Variety isnt great when it comes to building blocks, the support-system is really imperfect and the height limit is annoying.

Imagine being a Dwarf at the peak of his life, carrying full plate armour, a sharpened axe and an adorned shield - while slaying hordes of rat-like beasts in an ocean of mud and blood.

This game lets you do that :)

I have my party make camp, we rest up, heal up, everything's good and I think to myself "I'm so glad my party's doing so well, they will all survive this."

As soon as we're done, we're ambushed by freaking giant slugs and they all focus down my Grave Robber and she dies from a heart-attack.

I love this game.
