I played the game to level 29 on launch and it was garbage, iquit day 2.

However with the fresh start servers teh game has saeen a large quality turn around. Side quest localized to be easier to track and do during main story and are a better source of exp. Mod variety has been added, Pvp overhauls make the game more fun and engaging and overall its a fresh fun start.
