I really like survival games and figuring out how things work. Also farm sims and crafting games are super fun as well.

Figuring out Game Mechanics and then using them to play games at a more complex and optimized level is something I enjoy doing.
I play 7 Days to Die at a professional level (Don't think there are any tournaments out there.)
I play multiple trading card games (Magic the Gathering: Commander being my favorite game and format)
I also love optimizing farming game runs to ridiculous degrees.
