The visuals (also UI and presentation), progression system, and the game-play is pretty good to be honest. The sound design, and the music has been improved from Heat but it's not that great as the older titles like The Run, MW 2012 and NFS 2015.
Props to the art directors and UI designers. The game looks and feels different.
A little questionable at full price but still a solid game. I hope it gets content updates for next 2-3 years as the game has a potential to survive if EA wants that.

Death Stranding is a game that pulled me out of my existential nihilism.

It's both not as bad as the negative people say, and not as good as the ultra defenders say.
Not recommended at this price and to add onto that, this is not a finished game but DICE has been releasing patches frequently. Get it on sale.

The only thing I liked is the visuals/art direction of the game OR maybe the game isn't for me.

It is certainly the most ambitious game I have ever played with such a detailed and immersive open-world experience. Add to that a top-notch soundtrack/score with brilliant voice-acting, and you're in for a ride. The game-play can get a bit irritating, but never during my 200 hours of playtime I was bored with the shooting.

Tip: Stay away from Red Dead Online. :)

You can say whatever you want about the game's technical state, but the story is rock f**king solid. The characters are extremely well written and by far one of the best in recent times. If not for the bugs, then just play it for the narrative experience.
Also, the soundtrack and the sound design is phenomenal.

If you like Samurai Jack, you should get this game.
Game-play is super fun. Combat is responsive.
And the mighty Jack is great. I really like the detail that when Jack loses health, his hair becomes messy and his clothes gets ripped off.
Music is really good which I wasn't expecting to be honest.
Not to mention the Art Direction. The stages look great and each of them has their own mood.
The cel-shading on 3D looks great on the characters and the levels.

Only thing I didn't liked that the campaign isn't long enough which you can complete in 6-7 hours. I really hope the developers would add a few extra chapters in the form of DLC I suppose.

All in all. a solid game. 8/10
