Not as good as Civ V, but better than Civ VII. Such a good game for something released on 2016. It definitely still holds up nine (or ten soon) years later.

Game of the Year

While the game certainly has its shortcomings, it remains the best modern city-building game in its genre today. It has come a long way from its disastrous launch, but it’s still riddled with bugs. Most of these aren’t game-breaking, though they can get quite annoying.

The modding system is clunky and chaotic, with some users even reporting malware from certain mods. I wish they had stuck with the Community Workshop mods like in the previous game.

Despite all its flaws, the game is still a fun way to kill time. I just wish they’d release more content and DLCs at a faster pace.

I bet EA can make a better UNO than Ubisoft

It's a very buggy game, but it's to be expected since it's still in its Early Access stage, but it's pretty alarming that it's been in Early Access for quite some time already.
