lost my vault save after pc restart (was alt tabbed out of game and had to restart for windows update didnt quit game with save and exit)
Logged back in ran the game. and pooof no vault. 4 50 lvl characters with pets, gazzilion worth of everything gone. just like that. better play something that creates saves than waste time in a game like this

10+ years later, im still playing this game, AoE is one of the best games of all time!

A 10/10 game title. ThumbsUp! Great graphics work without the usual sensory and imagery overload most games have.

As the game title says no matter if it's your 10th hour of play or 1,000th, there's always something new to discover. Overall a great game to play with/against your friends.
