This is the perfect train game for those that don't like the ultra realistic train sims but want something more compliacted than arcade game.
If you don't want to spend 10 minutes just to start the train and then spend 2 hours driving from point A to point B then Derail Valley is perfect for you.
It's realistic enough that it scratches that feeling of wanting to press few buttons and watch some gauges as you drive but not so realistic that you need to switch 20 buttons just to go forward.

To top it all of devs have lots of new things planned for it and slowly but surely they keep addind more locos, cargos, locations and mechanics!
I started playing when there were total of 3 locos and right now there's 8 with even more planned!
This game is truly a labor of love, being updated by a small dev team that keeps pushing it forward with every update.

It's worth buying becasue there's no other train game like it out there (perfect mix between fun & realistic)
Devs have been updating it for years at this point with no sign of stopping and it makes me hopeful for the future!

Very fun way to relax!
