Otherwise a nice and engaging game, but having always on DRM? Getting repeatedly kicked out of your single player games because the game can't keep a connection to the authentication servers? I'd expect that from ubisoft or EA but not an indie studio. Not recommended.

Horrible game. Got it for co-op. Camera work is complete bollocks. Game looks like it was made 10 years ago. Dialogue is flat. I'll see if I can get a refund but I definately suggest not to buy this game.

Early Access Review
Very deep mechanics which really remove limitations from what you can do with your imagination. Well recommended to try.

Okay. This game is the best co-op game I've played, ever. The trailers are what led me to the game in the first place and Stampers narration will win you over immediately with it's goofy humor. The game has lots and lots of it. So I got it, and started playing it with my friends.

First thing I noticed is that the music is amazing. It's the kind of music that you search for later on youtube just to listen it on your time off from Battleblock Theatre. Then we started playing. While the campaign is co-op the game allows you to screw over your partner at every opportunity which is encouraged by quick respawns and various hilarious ways to cause your friends demise. The levels are wonderfully designed, containing exceedingly cleverer puzzles and traps and more and more different situations to fail with laughter. The controls are precise and once you get good, you can pull off stuff you wouldn't believe. If that isn't yet enough, there are arena gamemodes which all feel different and polished as well from basketball to king of the hill to capture the horse. Then there are extra levels. Then there are the levels made by other players. Then there is the level editor.

This game has made me laugh more then any other coop game and I've played a lot of them. Do yourself a favor and check this game out.

This game has the most mindblowingly awsome ending of any game I've ever played. I didn't own Portal 2 at the time but after finishing it I swore I was going to buy it the first chance I get. The ending is so good that I actually watch a playthrough of it on youtube pretty reguarly . If you haven't played this game, you should. Valve knows how to write their games and this is their best gem so far.

This game is the first of it's kind. No game before has managed to so directly connect you with the choices you make while playing it. This game will make you consider and reconsider your moral beliefs again and again.

As you're reading this mini-review, it is reasonable to assume that you live in a first-world society where all your problems are relatively small and you're safe, all the time. What if that wasn't the case any longer. How far would you go, to stay alive? Play this game and catch a glimps of yourself in such a situation.
