Early Access Review
Incredible lack of awareness of its own userbase.

An excellent emotional adventure through the subconscious, wants, needs, friendship, emotions, and good and bad memories. Please take note of the warning when the game boots, because this game may make you feel very strong emotions. The art is excellent and the music is also very good. The storytelling is probably some of the best I've seen in an RPGMaker game, especially considering there are alternate paths with different content that still mildly ties in to the storytelling.

This game is somehow much better than what I expected after a 7 year wait. I played this during a time where I was dealing with loss and it very much helped me grieve properly. I'm glad to have played it.

Fun lil platformer, short and sweet, great for a short distraction.

Platforming mechanics are familiar enough to not think about, but specific enough to build challenges around in the levels. Great job, honestly.

It's a very fun game. Really challenging, but the atmosphere and level design remains fun! And then...well...

make sure to collect all the colored eggs
you'll regret it

Possibly the best way to get your foot(paw???) into the world of Riichi Mahjong, due to its pretty great tutorial. The game isn't as hand-holdy as the Clubhouse Games version of Riichi Mahjong, yet teaches a lot more due to its tutorial. The AI can be brutally hard at times, but honestly that's pretty true to life. 😩 I bought this on mobile a while back before online was available, and bought this again on PC because I appreciate this game that much.

I suggest changing the default options to include red tiles, Japanese terms, and End on Negative Score, as that's usually the non-tournament way most Riichi Mahjong games seem to play.

Look at all those beans!

Early on this game needs a lot of work on small details here and there. It has the lack of polish you expect from an indie title. That being said, the game is insanely fun and addicting. Definitely worth even full price, despite its simplicity.

EDIT: After the Season 2 update offering alternates of many stages, the game seems to always know how to keep you on your toes at random in the best way. This game is a must have.

A flawed, but still incredibly fun game.

This is a top-down action adventure game. If you like those types of games, you will probably enjoy this one. The story and characters are cheesy and hackneyed, and they rock it. The combat at times feels like wild button mashing, but it still feels very satisfying and requires good timing and quick thinking later on. The leveling system at times feels unnecessary and unrewarding, but can leave you feeling powerful during the times when you need it.

This game is captivating enough to keep you going. It's not perfect by any means, but it's definitely worth the buy.
