Beautiful, beautiful absurd stuff. This is obvioulsly something these devs cared about. Every bit of this is a gem: the sound, the visual art, the simple-yet-TIGHT controls and physics of its space, the drive that keeps you going as you scramble your brain trying to wrap your head around what's going on. . . everything.
I can't reccommend this game strongly enough.

Thoroughly thought-out dramady. It's funny as hell, has a decent soundtrack, has cool artwork, is pretty unique as a (kinda resource-management but not too much) game, and has a great amount of replayability. Check it out. It's obviously a labor of love by the developers.

Best rpg ever. Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. Emotionally troubling. Funnier than most games could ever hope to be. Give it a look. You need this game way, way, way more than you need ten bucks.

I hadn't heard of it, but it showed up in a Humble Monthly Bundle and gave it a shot. I'm feeling so, so indebted to the HB project for getting this onto the radar of more people.

This is a real creative gem. The story and gameplay are very clever and original; the voice acting is superb (aside from a bit of clunkiness from the main narrator here and there), along with the writing; the ways in which you can and must play and think are varied and interesting - breaking the fourth wall and jostling your point of view in unexpected ways; and the weirdness of clashing art styles is pure joy.

It's pretty short, even for someone who is as thorough and ♥♥♥♥-around-y of a gamer as I am, which is my only complaint. It could probably be finished in only a few hours. However, at least the developers didn't do anything to artificially pad the game to stretch it out. It's concise. Also, there's a lot of little stuff to go back and hunt for, and there's something pretty fun that gets unlocked after finishing, so you can still tack on a few hours of play after completing.

I give this one a 9.5. Buy this damn game.

This game is absolutely stunning. I admit I was unimpressed with the dead-end meandering that I ran into during my first short shot at it, but once I put some thought into it, I was enthralled. As the story unfolds in its uniquely quiet, subtle, and shy way, and as the lush (and, at times, surreal) landscape reveals itself, you will not be capable of finding reason or ability to stop until you've reached the end. It's almost a boon that it will only take as long as a couple of hours to play; otherwise, you might just have to call off work, family life, and everything else until you've finished.

I thought I wanted to play this game, but I didn't because it seemed like it might not be worth the price. Current me really wants past me to want to play it more than past me does so he buys it now and starts spreading the good news before now.

The replay value of this makes it worth well over five bucks. Buy it.
