I'm having a really hard time getting into this game. The presentation is nice except for the gorilla arms. I'm just so bored with everything in the game. Combat is slow and boring due to the really slow stamina recovery. Exploring feels boring. The city is boring and slow. I feel like I should give it a chance but it has felt like a chore* so far and I don't know how long can I keep chugging along.

* And not like a normal chore, but a slow motion chore. Like washing single set of dishes for hours.

The card combat mechanics are overall enjoyable, but it takes a while to get used to. The rest of the game is however pretty boring and time wasty. This combined with the fact that the game takes a really long time to finish made me uninterested to try any higher difficulty since that would only have increased the playtime.

Compared to XCOM it's worse in every way. I'll recommend it still because I did enjoy the combat and it did inspire me to give a go at War of the Chosen.
