This game is absolutely incredible. It has flaws (mainly performance) - but the actual game is by far the best experience you'll get from any of the games in this Franchise.

POE 2 if it was actually good

This game uses generative AI for battlepass items and more. How on earth you can make a genuinely incredible game, and then ruin it by stealing from artists, all to break a profit from your players is insane to me.


This should be illegal.

I have 16 hours on this game.

I spent maybe 3 of them actually playing it, because the game doesn't close properly when you exist, injecting artificial playtime on to your account.

Right now, I cannot recommend this game.

There is an astounding lack of UX - the game doesn't tell you pretty much anything necessary in relation to the core of the game in terms of UI features, mainstay mechanics, enemy attacks, loot types, currencies & so much more. It feels like a major part of game design is missing here, and the result is a game which feels harder than it actually is due to how unfamiliar it all feels.

Additionally, the combat is puzzling? Like, there's a parry mechanic, and yet it feels like it is almost never a good option in combat. To add to that, the parry window is insanely tight and unforgiving.

Lastly, no real graphics options, bad performance, and no options for sensitivity really puzzle me. It just feels like there are really important core features missing from this game that *should* be here right NOW.

I will say, the world is absolutely beautiful, and movement feels great too. I just feel like the game is not ready to be released into Early Access right now. This feels more like an alpha than anything.

Activision only has themselves to blame for the backlash to this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you thought it would hurt BO6 sales, that's a self confession that you should've released this years ago when the time was right.

The game is completely different from when it launched... Like, seriously. An entirely new game.

Steam should wipe old reviews, they're no longer relevant. Game is great, highly recommend.
