a great idle game that does everything that it promises to do.
very low commitment, low stress, and quite literally just something to have in the corner of your screen when you're doing everything else on your computer.

tldr this idle game is a must for idle gamers. no regrets

Early Access Review
SUPERVIVE isn't just another game, it's a love letter to a multitude of competitive games done right. Imagine the best parts of your favorite titles. The intense action of a hero shooter; the strategic depth of your favorite MOBA; and the thrill of a battle royale; all rolled into one incredibly polished package.

The learning curve is definitely there, but it's a rewarding climb. Every victory feels earned, every close call leaves you wanting more. Do yourself a favor and try this game out with your friends. You won't regret it!

Edit (3/3/2025):
Spectre Divide's Flashpoint update brings a lot of exciting changes to the mix: sprinting to traverse the large maps, changes to the economy and buy menu, and addition of a new agent and map. These updates are cool, and shows that the devs are trying, but unfortunately, it is most definitely long overdue, and simply not enough to bring rise to the game's player count.

As you can imagine, the same problems that existed because of low population before this update still live on. The concept of duality is unique and fun to play around, and as a gamer that comes from other shooters where you can move and shoot, like Apex Legends, the gunplay feels great, but it's really hard to enjoy when the competition in-game just isn't there. There's simply a lack of community to sustain the game.

TLDR: I want to like the game, but I can't recommend it. Your time is unfortunately better spent in another shooter.

Original Review:
Spectre Divide initially intrigued me with its unique two-body mechanic. However, the game suffers from a lack of polish and developer attention. Essential features like a replay system and match history are missing.

The art style is polarizing, and while the guns generally feel good, I found myself using only a limited selection.

The biggest issue is the dwindling player base, resulting in long queue times and unbalanced matches. I experienced this firsthand after returning from other titles (Fragpunk, Strinova, Supervive): the queue times were simply unacceptable.

TLDR: I can't recommend this game in its current state.
