"Card is unavailable" Excuse me what, how do you release a game with a website for purchasing, AND THEN fail to accept payment for purchases? Just pay steam to handle it for you if you are incompetent.

Game is good, looking for an infinite ammo mod, other than that the game is great. Just a lot of time is spent picking things up and making ammo.

24 hours for a 98% rush. Game is worth every penny.
Solid Metriod/Vania.

1. Upgrade. Upgrades are felt by the weapons you use, finding the weapons is the hardest part about upgrading them.

2. Movement. The movement in the game is a bit hollowknight at the start but the tempo skyrockets half way through the game. Controls for movement that you figured you would hate end up being the most enjoyable aspects of late game. The scenery in the late levels also matches this higher tempo by giving you large majestic scenes that are important to the story line.

3. Combat. Creatures end up being entertaining. Never had to grind at any point in the game except for 1 boss mid way and it was only about 40 minutes worth. New areas have new enemies that require new ways to combat and using the new upgrades previous bosses gave you. The skill choices have a large impact on your gameplay and the build you perform. The counter system is very satisfying. The pull and repel system is interesting but not as enjoyable (except for during bosses as they add more complexity to the difficulty of learning boss fights).

4. Level Design. The art is good for every level but a few of the later stages really leave you in awe. Exploring the levels never seems too frustrating but exciting. There are SOOO many secrets. Not just hidden walls to be broken but level objectives and movement puzzles that are so common in metriod/vanias. Enemies never seem repetitive.

5. Music and Storyline. Music is where you want it to be, powerful but not at the front of your mind while you are playing. The storyline takes the same place. It is always there in the background being told as you move through the world and interact with NPC's (though few, these npc's are impactful in the story and how they affect the player). When it finally takes hold and becomes center stage - the realization of the storyline, the characters place in the world - you will be dumbfounded. The last 6 hours of the game are the best gameplay available, rivaled in awe and majesty only by Elden Ring.

If you like indie, this is a must buy.
Oh also, they just announced they are giving away a free DLC to all base owners of the game. What a company.

Fun game. Unfortunately, the rogue like portion of the game is the problem. Maps aren't randomly generated, its more like you have a choice of different sets of maps, the choosing of gates only seems to determine your path on the labyrinth.

2nd problem with this rogue-like format, is they have super tough bosses and usually rogue like is to make the games replay value high. The outcome of these two together is that the roguelike becomes really boring and repetitive because you have to fight through 15-25 minutes of the game to get to the 2nd boss. Then the fight ends before you see like 12 attacks because you entered with 40% hp. Worse than dark souls in effect. Because you get the hard boss, but your build, items, and progress get reset everytime you lose to the boss.

Will update after I beat 2nd boss. Will probably have to watch videos of the boss just to be familiar with the boss moves since you can only make 1-2 chances on the boss on any given day.

Dev's please add a boss only option so people can actually practice against bosses.
Take randomness out of the items (except for bosses or level chests) and add price differences for the different items in the shop. It is so frustrating to get a legendary item that focuses on Bleed and then not a single other item with bleed drops. There needs to be more variation in the maps and more control in item/skulls.

Conclusion - Add more Metriod, more rogue-like maps, less rogue-like build choices, and allow people to fight bosses in a special mode once they have fought them once.

If you feel intimidated by the reputation of Dark Souls difficulty, worry not. This is the easiest game of the franchise. Unlike past games, you can summon allies, the game is not linear but free form exploration based, allows you to farm to lower the difficulty of bosses, rewards 'I want to see it all' game play, and there is no required builds because certain ones suck (everything is good, you can really play it the way you want to!).

The game also feels and looks AMAZING! Each biome has its own enemies, designs, lore, and breath taking scenery that makes you keep on wanting to play more. This game has combined the greatest features of hit games without any of the draw backs. The exploration feel and size of Breath of the Wild/Red Dead redemption (but without the feeling that there is nothing in between places), Fall out level side quests (but they coincide with the main quest at many points so you always make some progress in the main story rather than finding yourself with maxed out gear while still on the start of the main story line quest), the world building of Witcher (but without the bugs of 2077), and the beautifully simple combat mechanics of Dark Souls.

Con:
- This game will make you forget about the concept of time. Each major dungeon makes you want to go just a little bit farther.
- The replay value is too damn high. Each build approaches bosses and PvP completely differently.
- This game will make you re-evaluate what 60$ is worth. You might never again be able to buy a CoD game or a Dota2 cosmetic.
- You will likely be left with a desire to play other Dark souls games.

All in all, This is the game of the decade and its only 2022. This will go right next to Zelda: Orcarina of time and Final Fantasy 7 as the best games in video game history.

Do you hear amazing things about dark souls but do not want to play old games, with slow mechanics, boring boss fights and soul grinding features? Look no more, Sekiro is fast paced, play how you want to (stealth or in your face combat), innovative and complex boss fights and not a single place that requires grinding (you cant out level any bosses), then look no further!

Grab a demon bell and play on Hard difficulty! Explore the beautiful world! Throw your controller across the room vs The White Ape!

Or play it on easy by watching videos for bosses.

Wanna learn a complex strategy game where after 100 hours at one character you are ready to finally play others? Want 100+ heroes to learn? Well look no further... also they will make major changes to general game play and heroes every year. Never stop learning!

-edit- ♥♥♥♥ this game.
