Let me start with history on myself. My very first first-person shooter was America's Army back in 2002, the long awaited CS:S beta started so I dedicated my full time to it. I was a professional gamer @ Counter-Strike Source for two glorious years. Fast forward 12 years later, I am 31 years old and itching for the game I started on; Americas Army. Insurgency seems to have a huge oldschool AA influence which is what HOOKED me. Don't get me wrong I love counter-strike style games, they are what I have my experience in, but when the dust settles and your looking to get maximum ENJOYMENT out of a First-Person Shooter, look no futhur than Insurgency!

Insurgency is a hardcore (no hud) shooter where you go down quickly as if you were being shot at by bullets (who'd a thunk it) which changes the playstyle from a counter-strike style. I only have 15 hours on Insurgency but I am trying to brush up on the maps and movement in the game for the release of the next chapter of this great title Insurgency: Sandstorm. I can't wait for it but I love playing the origional while I wait!

Long time counter-strike player here. Started my gaming career with a little number called "America's Army" which Siege happens to remind me a lot of. Each player has their role and if all roles are carried out, your team is victorious. Which is a breath of fresh air coming from BaitStrike. Stats ruined the game of counter-strike but luckily Siege is here to take the compeitive FPS crown.

I am an OG Americas Army player, turned CSS player, turned PUBG player because PUBG beats them all! The first person accuracy and control of first person view, coupled with the view of 3rd on a toggle... genius! Whoever's idea it was to allow 1st person and 3rd person view, absolutely genius! PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS is like buttermints after dinner!
