Is this the best game of all time? Most likely. In case you were wondering.

This game is amazing.

That said, in May of 2024, Sony made the choice to try to force everyone into a PSN account in order to play. Even people who are in regions where PSN accounts are unavailable. Even after those people purchased the game.

Do not forget that this happened.

I have loved all of the games in this series, and this one is no exception. I do like that my favorite strategies were still (mostly) viable.

Do you like to listen to people complain about PvE? Do you like to listen to people complain about PvP? Do you like being unable to hit your opponents in PvP because they are halfway around the world and the game is designed around a peer-to-peer combat experience? Do you want to spend dozens of hours grinding specific guns to use? Do you enjoy spending hundreds of hours grinding armor, only to find that it sucks and you crush the 300 pieces you just got?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you might need to go see a psychologist. You might also enjoy Destiny 2: Grinding for Days, I mean Shadowkeep.
