👃🎫🌳 Performance review for ProfTR 📕📒🍆

Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman. ProfTR copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. Reaches a decision rapidly after taking account of all likely outcomes and estimating the route most likely to bring success. The decisions almost always turn out to be good ones.
