This game has an amazing villain, with a fairly okay story next to it as well. Especially how it lets you in to the mind of the villain, making it harder to find out who really the bad guy is. You have to decide that yourself.
TONS of things to do in the map, BUT most of those things get very repetitive and a pain in the ass. Usual Ubisoft style. There are LOOT chests, spinny bois, lost letters, propaganda posters, and a journal to collect, all over the map, this gets very tiring after sometime. On top of that the classic "liberate the area" stuff, consisting of climb a tower, unlock area visibility and then go to the outposts in the area and take them out.
4 Big fortresses to take down as well, they are same as outposts but harder. But I still suggest this game.

Yes you should play this game. It also does not take too long, download it, play it through the weekend. You wont be dissapointed. But Play the first one before.(If you cant deal with the old graphics of the first, check out black mesa)
