Excellent game with a minor learning curve in terms of the mechanics - moderate curve to be come proficient. There's a minor lack of depth: it's easy to see the vast majority of what the game has to offer in a few hours.

That being said, the simulation is fantastic, and the desire to make your village last just that little bit longer, and grow that little bit bigger, is quite addicting. There's a lot this game does right. With some minor updates, and once mods are available, this game's value will be even greater, especially given that it is already worthy of its price tag.
