Rider in real life too.
This game has potential...

Before I'll recommend this game to anyone the following needs fixing.

- Graphical glitches get random green squares appearing every now and again

- AI are totally unaware of you 99% of the time and will just ram straight into you.

- the only bike that's actually nice to ride on this game is the zx10rr

- impossible to remove fairings of bike as some combo keys are fully broken.

- could do with rewind feature as the AI are totally broken when it comes to awareness of the player and dive bomb you,

- the textures are pretty blurry on some bike parts, leathers, and helmets (I'm on the highest quality)

UPDATE:
since my first review a lot of bugs have been fixed
the only bug that still remains is the next lap invalid not going away. but this is fixed by a restart of the race



not worth the buy.
the only place this game improves is the graphics.

everything else is honestly worse... the AI are hired assassins, they are not intelligent in the slightest.
the new "Track Test" game mode that you have to do at every national licence to race in that nation is broken beyond belief.
the speed traps that you have to go through don't register half the time and even when they do register they don't register your actual speed.

the Time attacks used to let you keep doing lap after lap after lap until you either got tired or you got gold. in Ride 4 you get one lap then you have to go through the menus to do another lap. this gets old very quickly.

the endurance qualifying has to be the most infuriating thing I have ever witnesses.
make it round the entire track and then at the last corner your rear tyre touches the grass by a few millimetres... "INVALID LAP" ohhhh and "NEXT LAP INVALID"

the bike selection is small in comparison to Ride 3
the customisation of your bike has been limited to what it used to be in Ride 3

most immersive game I've ever played. very few moments when the immersion is broke.
story is good so far. and the combat is pretty good.
