It takes 10 hours until you start having fun, and by 20 hours you've seen everything this game has to offer. Everything after that is just a dull slog.

Wait til it's on sale for $30. Hopefully by then modders will have once again done Bethesda's job and made it worth playing.

When it works it's a pretty fun game, but it is so unstable and buggy that it's unplayable. Even with stability mods and community patches (always a good sign when a game is so unstable that the anti crash mods have literally millions of downloads) it still crashes every 20-40 minutes. That is unless you happen to enter the wrong area in which case it'll crash every time you load your game so you'll have to reload an old save and remember to never go back there again. Plus, without the community patches half the npcs and quest lines are so buggy that they'll just stop functioning entirely and you'll have to go fishing on the wiki for the console command to maybe be able to fix it (sometimes even the console commands don't work). If you're willing to deal with the technical issues then by all means get the game because it is actually a decently fun game when it works, but after sinking 8+ hours into trying to patch the game to a playable state I'm throwing in the towel.

Dark Souls 3 manages to stay engaging even after dozens of hours of play. Once you get the basic concepts of the gameplay it's pretty easy to progress so long as you're patient enough to suffer a few deaths before you make it to the next bonfire. As long as you're willing to put in the time, DS3 is well worth buying.

This game manages to find the perfect mix of monotony and excitement; you'll find yourself having a moment of moral crisis followed by several minutes of introspection and, more often than not, regret.

This game is as good now as it was when I played it as a kid. The story is amazingly well crafted and the gameplay manages to give you a feeling akin to dungeons and dragons as you wind your way through a masterfully crafted world with stories and adventure around every corner. 9.5/10

Although this game will crush your dreams with failure after failure, you will sometimes get things just right. Your spacecraft drifts free of the atmosphere of Kerbin as the music begins to play softly in the background. You turn the camera and see the sun eclipsed by your spacecraft, and just for a moment you are in complete bliss as you deploy your communication antenna and then you realize something. You forgot to install solar panels. You start experiencing the effects immediatly. The craft begins to spin as the Stability Augmentation System loses power and control. You turn on RCS to try and compensate only to realize you forgot to install a RCS Fuel tank and that plan quickly fizzles out. You see no alternative so you fire up the thrusters and point yourself towards Kerbin. You begin to enter the atmosphere and you can see that your craft is handling the heat and turbulance of re-entry well. You plummets to the surface as you get ready to open the parachutes at the perfect height of just above 800m. 1000m, 900m, 890m, everything going well, 880m, speed good, 870m, 860m, landing zone looks relatively flat, 850m, 840m, its almost time. You place your hand on the space bar and get ready to press it. 830m, 820m, 810m! You press the key to open the parachutes as the height counter ticks to 805m. They don't open, 775m. You click it again, 720m. They aren't working, 650m. You mash the key as fast as you can, 525. You alt-tab out and back in, 400m. It still isn't working, 300m! Oh My God, 200. You see the issue, 100m. You forgot to attach parachutes, 1m... 8.9/10

PAYDAY The Heist is a fantastic game in which you play as one of four career criminals. You can complete a variety of missions alone, with the AI, or with friends. Although more foused on combat than stealth it is still a game which requires skill and strategy. You'll need cunning, skill, and above all ammo to survive against the police onslaught. 7.8/10
