I have used VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum Steam Edition for a while now and it is great! But I have a major issue with this new version. I only bought this yesterday and when I put a video into the timeline there is no visible playback in the video playback section. When there is something showing though it is super glitchy. What happens is, it just skips around frames and just looks very broken. It is not the video file either because when I try the same file in 16 Platinum it plays perfectly fine. If I can't get a fix for this, I will be getting a refund.

Update: I contacted the MAGIX Support Team and they fixed my problem. Extremely helpful and would recommend software and team support.

Good software, but major bug.

When ever I try to export a video, it does what it should normally do. But every time I go to watch the exported video, about 75% of the video is gone! No matter what I do,(re render, change things, ect.) The full video is never exported, only about 10%.

Other than that the features are great, but they all got to waste with the major bug.

Getting a refund.
