Very good game and I love it. But the recent update forces you to log into the Epic Games Store, even if you never intent to use the crossplay feature. You can click away the log-in screen if you want to, but it comes back a few minutes later to ask you again, completely disrupting the gameplay and breaking the controls. Because forcing players onto a service they don't want to use years after the game came out has obviously never backfired before and has always worked out fine!

This mod really shouldn't be free. It's way too good for that. It's by far one of the best Half-Life 2 mods I've ever played. Highly recommend anyone reading this to give it a shot.
