HE'S IN THIS ONE?!

I love inbreeding cats while listening to the banger soundtrack

I went in to this with almost the most closed mind possible besides the fact that I have enjoyed a few jrpgs. I thought this game was gonna be overhyped and that it was glazed just for having a parry system. After playing this game I have realized just how wrong I was. The combat system is simply amazing there is so much depth and so many ways you can build around your characters. The parries and dodges sometimes make me want to break something in my room (on expert atleast) but they genuinely feel fair with how they telegraph their attacks (use soundcues). The story starts off amazing with probably the best introduction prologue in gaming right now. This story also has the single best take on grief and loss that I have ever experienced from media especially since I started playing it after just having lost my grandmother it amplified the emotions and meaning a lot for me. Overall I think this is a really important game for people to play even if you feel like you dont like turn based combat just give it a chance because I think what this game does is way beyond turn based combat.

Only played up until ep 6 but this game has already made me feel every single emotion

This game really takes invincible and makes it into a game and it still finds a way to make it feel unique and fresh

If you aren't gonna play the game at least go watch a play through of it I genuinely think this game is a masterpiece in both humor and writing

Fishing at the Lake Full of Cats is the first game in a long time that has made me feel like I truly belong.

You wake up in a tiny hut with only one idea in your head "fish for cat"

The games subtle brilliance is laid out to bare in that first instance. "who am I" "why do I want to fish for cats" "what even is a cat" These questions are all thrown to the wayside as your one goal to fish my cats drives your character (Logan) forward.

Overall I think this is the single most important game that has ever been created as it truly defines a new genre "cat-likes"
