Pros:
The best strategy game I've ever played
Infinitely deep
Fun to play with alternate history
Conquer Africa as South Africa

Cons:
So good every other game in my library is jealous
So deep that you will sink hours into it
DLC required to conquer Africa as South Africa (with an actual Focus tree)
Lots of good features are locked behind DLC paywall (but worth it when a sale comes around)
AI is really bad
No peace agreements just win all or go home.
